Opened in April 2021, the Pendry Hotel and Residences in West Hollywood has quickly established itself as a premier destination, earning the title of #1 hotel on Tripadvisor. The property features 149 luxurious hotel rooms and 40 exclusive condominiums, setting a new benchmark in Los Angeles real estate with record-breaking sales at $4,800 per square foot. This project was designed with seven bars and restaurants curated by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck. The Pendry included The Britely, an elegant private social club, offering a refined atmosphere for its members. Working with the City of West Hollywood to enhance the iconic signage on Sunset Boulevard, the project came to fruition by creatively designing 5,000 square feet of state-of-the-art digital signage, seamlessly blending luxury living with modern innovation.
